Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, I enjoy all aspects of selling residential property but mostly the variation of property types and people. I am now a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents – Propertymark the professional body for the property sector.

The Wythall Office is very much part of the local community and we take great pride in the reputation we have built up and our involvement within the surrounding area.

I have lived and worked in this area for most of my life and am therefore a familiar face to many people who have bought and sold through Melvyn Danes over the years.

When not selling houses my other passion is dog training, I have been a member of Knowle Dog Club and have three dogs of my own.
