From an early age I have always been obsessed with property; even as a child my ideal ‘day out’ was a trip to a show home!

My career started in the mid 1990’s when I left school and started my career as ‘assistant administrator’ (and in those days that meant sticking photographs on sales details and faxing a board order form!) in a busy Solihull town centre estate agent.

I have worked in every single position within an estate agents office which I always feel has been the key to the successful management – I still work actively within the business also valuing for the Shirley office; a position I have held for over 20 years.

My other passions in life are classic cars and Devon! I now live nearby in Henley in Arden; and have the great pleasure of owning a holiday home in Dartmouth which I enjoy a break away in order to shut myself away from the world!

I recognise that Solihull is a great place to live (and indeed a place I was happy to call home for most of my lifetime) and my favourite things about the borough are the convenience of having everything on your doorstep; and the fact that even as large as it is it still feels like a small town!
