Our People

My working life began at Cadburys.  I moved on to work  for the Board of Directors at Craegmoor Healthcare, (an interesting move –  from chocolate to elderly care)  following which I spent 20 years as an Admin Manager in Insurance Loss Adjusting.  I joined Melvyn Danes in 2006, which I said at the time, was a six month stop gap – and some 16 years  later I am still here, having made some good friends along the way!

Outside work, I support the Samaritans and I am also a volunteer fund raiser for Birmingham St Marys Hospice, having died my hair shocking pink two years running for their Go Pink Campaign.  I love all things theatre and am dram, run a book group and have a soft spot for  anything with a V8 engine!!
