Please note – A £7.00 fee will be payable per property for a Land registry search to confirm ownership
* If a tenancy arranged by Melvyn Danes ends within the first six months of the tenancy start date, the fee for the next immediate tenancy arranged by Melvyn Danes will be 25% + VAT (30% incl. VAT). This concession applies to one subsequent tenancy only and is conditional upon the original tenancy having been arranged by Melvyn Danes.
** If a tenancy arranged by Melvyn Danes ends within the first six months of the tenancy start date, the fee for the next immediate tenancy arranged by Melvyn Danes will be 50% + VAT (60% incl. VAT). This concession applies to one subsequent tenancy only and is conditional upon the original tenancy having been arranged by Melvyn Danes.
