Hi Just wanted to share my experience today, the agent was amazing a real gentleman and a genuine guy it was a pleasure in meeting Harvey I believe his name was sorry if I got it wrong. Well all I can say is Melvyn Danes gets you sold ! At a good price, we had been in the market multiple times with no luck. We approached  Melvyn Danes and they was amazing,  honest and trustworthy. The service we received was outstanding by everyone in the team , however for us Michelle went above and beyond with getting viewers in working extremely hard to secure a sale excellent  negotiations and communication was fantastic. She also  assisted us with our onward sale and she secured our onward home at a great discount. We had great experience selling our house with Matt and the team. They have great knowledge of the area everything ran very smoothly. They support us right through the whole selling and buying process. Thoroughly recommend, when we sell again we will be straight back to Melvyn Danes Solihull
